Dr. Forman has been treating patients in Cambridge for more than 20 years. In that time, we have grown from a tiny, two-chair office to the six-chair facility we now occupy on the 6^th floor of 875 Mass Ave. Along the way, we’ve built a team of committed doctors, hygienists, certified dental assistants and administrators who are here to make your dental care experience comfortable, affordable and, believe it or not, fun! We evaluate, educate and demonstrate why and how to improve and maintain your oral health. We thrive on helping those who may not initially take their dental health seriously do just that!
