Meet Dr. Fontillas

Dr. Fontillas is originally from Asheville, North Carolina and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She continued her education at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), graduating Summa Cum Laude. While in dental school, Dr. Fontillas was a Merit Scholarship recipient and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. She continued her dental training at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard School of Dental Medicine completing a one-year general practice residency (GPR).

Dr. Fontillas joined Dr. Forman’s team in 2015. She provides a wide range of dental services as a general practitioner with a focus on preventive dentistry, emphasizing patient care and communication.

Dr. Fontillas lives in Somerville with her husband, Andy and their puppy, Dolly. In her free time, she enjoys playing squash, exploring the city, travelling, trying new restaurants and cooking.
