Meet Dr. Forman

Dr. Forman grew up in the greater Boston area. He did his undergraduate studies in psychology and biology at Bates College and subsequently graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he was elected to Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. Upon returning to Boston, he completed a two-year, hospital-based General Practice Residency through Harvard University and the West Roxbury VA Medical Center. After his residency, he worked in a group dental practice in Boston for 5 years and then for the Harvard University Health Service for a period before he opened the practice here in Central Square. Getting to know our patients and help them achieve optimal dental health is what motivates Dr. Forman every day.

Dr. Forman enjoys cooking for family and friends and is an avid biker and swimmer. You might seem him on any given Saturday morning swimming at Walden pond.  He has completed multiple triathlons over the past decade or so. Dr. Forman lives with his wife in Newton. Their two grown children are public school teachers.
