Location

We are conveniently located at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue (Mass Ave) and Lee Street in Cambridge. The building is between Harvard and Central Square and can be accessed by multiple forms of transportation. When entering the building, there is no need to press the buzzer located to the left of the door. Simply open the door, go through the lobby, and take the elevator to the 6th floor. The building and the practice are both handicap accessible. There is a ramp on the Lee Street side of the building. There are push-button electric doors at the street level, as well as at the front door to the practice. We treat patients who can transfer from their mobility devices into a traditional dental chair, as well as those that cannot.

How to Get Here

Automobile

There are three parking spaces behind the building, accessed by turning immediately into the parking lot from Lee Street. They are clearly marked with “Parking For Dr. Forman’s Patients Only.” Additional parking is across the street at 872 Mass Ave, in spaces #3, #35, and #43.

Public Transit

We are a five-minute walk from the Red Line, Central Square T stop. Walk west on Mass Ave towards Harvard Square. The #1 Bus stops at the corner of Hancock Street – just one street west of the building.

Bicycle

There are multiple bike racks directly in front of the building, as well as a rack on the Lee Street side of the building at the entrance to the parking lot.
